PQDL: Program Quality Digital Library

In 2005, CARE and the Hope for Africa's Children Initiative (HACI) recognized the growing need for evidence and advocacy in this area, and joined with UNICEF, USAID, and Save the Children UK to form the BCN. 

The BCN has launched an innovative, user-friendly web site, which contains relevant documents and guidance around these issues.
