CARE Gender Toolkit

• Reflect on CARE's programming alignment to our Principles and Commitment to Rights-Based Approaches and Gender Equality;
• To develop program initiatives grounded in local realities; and
• To design programs in relation to the Program Approach.

As many Country Offices are currently in transition toward developing their Programs, it may be helpful to reference this guide/compendium from ECARMU's experiences in engaging analysis as part of its shift toward a program approach.
