Pairwise Ranking provides individual data, so the facilitator should collect the ranking sheets from each girl. This data can inform project activities and can be discussed after projects to determine the impact of project activities on perceptions of personal rights.

 

Take good notes during initial discussion of rights, providing the project with clear characteristics or definitions on each right. Rather than impose a definition on a group, the facilitator can seek to elicit a description of each right during the discussion in step one. This information can be helpful during subsequent project activities.
